A Belfast couple are back with their second health and fitness retreat after selling out for the first time.

Duo Cory Tipping and Sara Houston of Adapt Retreats are hosting the second installment, which will take place in Wicklow from 28-30 June 2024.




This resort promises to “deliver the most extraordinary experience, combining wellness, adventure and transformation in one unforgettable journey.”

The couple is “committed to transforming lives through health and fitness. With a passion for holistic wellness and years of experience teaching fitness, they have won acclaim for their innovative approach to well-being.”

A spokesperson for the company added: “Through their retreats, they aim to empower individuals to unleash their full potential and embrace a vibrant and fulfilling life.”

Participants will embark on a “holistic wellness experience” curated by Corey and Sarah, featuring a variety of activities “designed to nourish the mind, body and spirit.”

Sarah has a sporting background from hockey to rugby and has been through her own weight loss journey. She’s now a food and fitness enthusiast, and is also a keen runner and CrossFitter, having recently completed her first HeroX.

“We were truly humbled by the response to our first retreat,” said the co-founder of Adapt Retreats.

“The energy and enthusiasm of the participants was inspiring, and we are thrilled to bring our transformative experience to the magical Wicklow environment. This retreat is about more than just fitness; it’s about fostering a sense of community and empowerment.”

Corey is a personal trainer and strength conditioning coach. He has over 7 years of experience in the field and is also currently trained in Sports Massage Therapy.

The Belfast man has a top-level sporting background from rugby at All-Ireland level to boxing and football. Recently, Cory has focused on, trained for, and completed marathons, marathons, and CrossFit events.
