The trial of Badawi and Abdelmalek Boudiaf has been postponed to May 31 – Al-Hiwar Algeria

The Economic and Financial Criminal Court in Sidi M’hamed postponed the trial session of former Prime Minister Noureddine Bedoui and former Minister of Health, Population and Hospital Reform Abdelmalek Boudiaf to May 31. .

The reason for the postponement came at the request of the defense team, to enable the lawyers to have a good review of the file, as it is the first session.

The defendants are following up in the case of Al-Hal on charges related to granting deals for the completion of the air terminal in the state of Constantine in crooked ways, and in violation of the law of public procurement, in addition to discovering a large financial loophole witnessed by the works of the project to tighten the airport of Mohamed Boudiaf in the state of Constantine, which was launched in 2000 and was not completed until 2013, as well as For construction works and equipment that cost billions of dinars and incurred huge financial losses for the public treasury.
