    Lokshapa says, “Vitamin D is necessary for various processes throughout the body, including bone development and calcification. But recently, vitamin D deficiency has become a prevalent problem among people, particularly among the elderly.” However, it can boost your Vitamin D levels quickly by following some simple tips.

    Here are 5 tips to quickly increase your vitamin D levels:

    1. Sun exposure

    This is a certain way to raise vitamin D levels! Says Lokeshappa, “While many foods also contain vitamin D, exposure to sunlight is the best natural way to quickly raise your vitamin D levels. When you are exposed to sunlight, your body begins to absorb it through your skin, which helps with many bodily processes such as controlling blood sugar. calcium levels, maintaining strong bones, and having a strong immune system.

    2. Eat the yolk

    In addition to providing a variety of other nutrients, egg yolks contain a large amount of vitamin D, which makes them an excellent and convenient source of it. Vegetarians who eat eggs but avoid fish can include it in their diet. In addition, eggs are a great source of protein, which is essential for maintaining healthy bones and muscles. So, add eggs to your daily diet.

    5. Supplements

    Pregnant women, infants, postmenopausal women, and people over the age of 65 are usually given vitamin D supplements. But according to Lokeshappa, “If all else fails, due to lifestyle, lack of accessibility, or lack of availability, deficiency supplements are the way to go, because letting vitamin D levels go low is definitely not recommended.” You can take a multivitamin or a vitamin D supplement, depending on your requirements.
