Since beating breast cancer, Chhavi Mittal has come back stronger than ever. The actress has often shared her fitness journey and how she prioritized her physical and mental health. She shared a series of photos and videos from her workout recently and spoke about the importance of fitness.

As always, Chhavi Mittal took to social media and dropped a few pictures from the gym. However, what caught our attention was the long note she used in her caption on the recent post. Krishnadesi fame emphasized the importance of making time for oneself, redefining priorities, and discovering self-love.

She wrote: “I have seen people running after things and when they can’t get them they get nervous. Then they run faster and more desperately until they burn themselves out. But little or no importance is given to self-love. Why aren’t people running after happiness, contentment and good health?” She added: “When someone politely refuses to eat an unhealthy snack, they are ridiculed but enthusiastic eaters are the life of the party. Little is said about someone succumbing to heart disease but there is a lot of buzz about someone dying in the gym. When was the last Ever done something just for your happiness or health? Without thinking about judgements, minor setbacks at work, or your phone ringing? How many of you feel like you don’t have “the time”?

She also wrote, “I think time is personal to your priorities. If it was important, you would make time. I know I will never miss the gym or my workout time to attend a party. This is what makes me prioritize myself, my happiness, and my life.” Mental and physical health. “I love myself shamelessly and unapologetically.”

The actress was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022. She underwent surgery for it and overcame the disease. She continues to inspire many with her undying spirit of staying fit and healthy.
