Hassani Sharif: Algerians must be united and cohesive to defend their homeland – Algerian Dialogue

The head of the Movement for Society for Peace, Abdelali Hassani Sharif, highlighted, today, Saturday, in the camp, the importance of the unity and cohesion of the Algerian people to defend the homeland from “external coercions.”
Hassani Sharif stated in his speech during his supervision of the state forum for the structures of his political formation, which was held at the Scientific Entertainment Center of the sports magnate “Martyr Djebar Mohamed,” that “Algerians must be united and cohesive to defend their homeland” and strive to strengthen the internal front to confront various challenges.
He added that in the context of his talk about the work of functional countries that oppose Algeria’s firm position in supporting the Palestinian cause by creating hotspots of tension near our borders, this matter “impels us to continue to be vigilant and come together to protect our homeland.”
On the other hand, Hassani expressed his party’s rejection of “what was included in the US State Department’s report on religious freedom in Algeria,” adding that “America should not defend and support a Zionist entity that destroys mosques and kills children, women, and the elderly in a foreign sector with its weapons.”
He also praised “South Africa’s position in prosecuting the Zionist entity at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, which strengthens Palestinian rights and supports the victory of the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip.”
The head of the Movement for Society for Peace called on the elected members of his political formation to “the necessity of neighborhood work by accompanying citizens and taking care of their concerns related to local development.”
For reference, this state forum was attended by the heads of the municipal offices of the Movement for Society for Peace in the state of Mascara, as well as representatives of the state offices of Saida and Sidi Bel Abbes.
