44 people were killed and 1,358 others injured in 110 traffic accidents that occurred during the period from 13 to 19 November, according to what was reported today, Tuesday, by the Civil Protection.
The same source stated that the civil protection units carried out 1977 interventions for 1110 traffic accidents that led to the death of 44 people and the injury of 1358 others, who were treated and transferred to hospital centers.
The protection interests also recorded that the heaviest death toll was recorded at the level of Bordj Badji Mokhtar state, with 16 people dying at the scene and 03 others injured as a result of a traffic accident.
During the same period, the same authorities carried out 1174 interventions that allowed extinguishing 873 fires, including domestic and industrial fires, and various fires, the most important of which were recorded in the state of Algiers with 117 fires, Blida with 76 and Tizi Ouzou with 42 fires.
