The Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, Faisal bin Taleb, confirmed. A new project will be announced soon that will devote the principle of guidance to the labor market based on training.
Ben Taleb said during his visit to one of the private complex “Fadarco”, which specializes in home care products and the manufacture of raw material for paper and exporting it abroad, located in the industrial zone of Setif. As part of a working and inspection visit to the state, he stated that his ministerial department is in the process of completing the router project. It is a joint device with four sectors and relies on the approach of training and then operating directly with economic operators.
The minister added that this experience with this complex “made us believe in this project that can succeed in Algeria.” Pointing out that operating dynamics must be built on this rule. He added that this trend is a global trend, and the labor market must be based on qualified and adapted training and not on certificates.
On the other hand, the Minister pointed out that the needs of the market today reflect the economic dynamism that the country is experiencing, which is what we should focus on. Pointing out that the new laws approved by public authorities in recent years have facilitated investment in Algeria. In addition to the privileges it has provided in this regard, such as accompanying institutions, including startups, small companies, and others.
The Minister, by the way, called on economic operators to continue in this direction and not to be afraid of it, as it is a strategic option that all sectors of the public and private economic fabric must adopt, which provides added value to the institution, the citizen, and the labor market in general.”
